Well hello there!

Today on the blog I have a portrait session I did with my amazing sister in law! A few of my husbands siblings live out of town but they came to visit us late last month and I was pretty much in heaven. While she was here, my sister in law Emily asked if I wanted to trade shoots (she's a photographer too) and I couldn't help but say "YESSSSS!!!!" For her shoot we decided to head down to Denver and explore one of the nearby neighborhoods and found some cool buildings with lots of street art. I had so much fun and she killed it! Isn't she so cool?

Hello there!

I am so excited to share this shoot with you! It was one of those shoots that came about last minute because I was just itching to photograph something and luckily, my beautiful cousin was available! Also one goal I made for myself when I was in Europe was that every month I was going to try to photograph something for myself whether it be a styled shoot, an editorial shoot, or literally just photos of stuff I find beautiful. I can get lost in the busyness of life and only shoot when hired by clients (which I love so much) but I want to make sure I keep my passion for photography ablaze so, without further adieu, here is a shoot I had in my head that I just had to get out:
