About Me

Hello, my name is Alicia (pronounced Elysia) and I am currently living in Virginia Beach, Virginia after moving from Denver, Co in Oct 2020. The most important people in my life are my husband David and my kids Hazel, Asher, Micah and the new baby in my tummy! I am one of those basic girls that love Target, vanilla lattes, and chocolate. I could not imagine life without dancing and laughter. I enjoy shopping by myself, cancelled plans, and binge watching a show sharing a pint of ice cream with my hubby. There are so many things that I love but what I love most of all is my Savior Jesus Christ. He is the true reason why I live and of all the joys that life can bring, He pours out joy even more and I'm so thankful for that.

Guilty Pleasures

I Believe...

+ I will eat the whole bowl of popcorn if you don't stop me.

+ Hiding in the pantry to eat ice cream so my kids don’t find me.

+Also, chocolate. The End!

+Browsing Target and eating Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups is what I look forward to every week!

+Oat milk Lattes and Oat Milk Chai’s are my jam!

+Apples with peanut butter and chocolate chips is my all time favorite snack and can eat it almost everyday.

+Trying a nail polish color on each of my nails at Target is so much fun! Shhhh don’t tell the employees I opened them.

+When traveling my hubby and I always budget for snacks at the airport because that always gets us in travel mode.

+If you want something, save up for it.

+Marriage is one of the hardest things to do but also one of the most rewarding. My husband and his heart is the reward for all the sacrifice.

+You can never kiss a baby's cheeks too many times. They're just so soft, warm, and squishy and make life 1000 times better.

+I believe belly laughs are medicine for the soul.

+Sometimes you just need to have a super fun dance party!              Don't be so serious!

+I believe in taking time to smell the roses, looking up once in a while, laying in the grass to watch the clouds go by, watching the rain fall, and standing in the stillness of a snowfall.

+Having kids is the greatest honor I could ever have. Children are such a gift!

+Community and friendships will make you feel more rich than any amount of money ever will.

+The secret to happiness? Being thankful and choosing contentment! Boom, go tell your mama!
