Emma's Senior Photos// Lyons, Colorado

Today on the blog are Emma's senior photos in Lyons, Colorado. We had fun exploring a shack, a river, and some fields and they were all in one location so that was a win-win! I'm so glad we found this spot because I originally had something else planned but realized the mini waterfall I wanted to take her to was in a TOTALLY different city than I thought. Emma and her parents were totally cool about it and we still had a good time.

1. Tell us about yourself.                                                                                                                                                                   Emma: I love to sing, I sing all throughout the day no matter what I'm doing. I'm very passionate about animals, I love them so much and I just find them to be such beautiful creations.

2) What has been your favorite part about high school so far?                                                                                                       Emma: If I had to pick my favorite thing about high school I would have to say it's the whole social experience. High school is a good place to find yourself and learn to become confident. Each year you get to meet completely new people and to come out of your shell. Throughout my time in High School I've learned to not be so shy and that my opinion is just as important as anyone else's.

3. What are you looking forward to the most when graduating?
Emma: When I graduate I'll be looking forward to not only not having to be in basic public school but I'll also be looking forward to starting my training at Cosmetology School.

4. What are your plans after high school?
Emma: After High Schoo,l I plan on attending Cosmetology School at the Regency while getting an associates degree in business so that I can own my own salon someday.

5. Where are your favorite places to go shopping?
Emma: Shopping is my favorite thing to do even when I don't have any money. When I go shopping my favorite places are H&M, Old Navy, Forever 21, and  Maurice's.

6. What is your favorite thing to do on a Friday night?
Emma: My favorite things to do on a Friday night would be to hang out with my friends whether that evolves going to the movies or going shopping or just staying home and gossiping.

7. What is your biggest dream?
Emma: My biggest dream is to someday own my own hair salon.

8. What is one piece of advice you have for the underclassmen?                                                                                                    Emma: One piece of advice that I have for the underclassman is just to try your hardest to stay out of all the drama and just focus on you. All of that High School drama won't matter once you graduate and are out in the big world.

I hope you enjoyed getting to know Emma! Senior year is so much fun and it's important to celebrate such important times in our lives and the lives of those around us so congrats Emma!
